- Outdoor Landscape Lighting: Design, installation, maintenance, and repair of lighting systems for residential and commercial properties.
- Seasonal Holiday Lighting: Design, installation, removal, and storage of custom holiday lighting displays for homes and businesses.
These terms apply to all services provided by our business unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
2. Outdoor Landscape Lighting
Scope of Services
Our landscape lighting services include:
- Custom design and layout planning based on client preferences and property features.
- Professional installation of lighting fixtures, transformers, and wiring.
- Regular maintenance, including bulb replacements, system inspections, and repairs.
Booking and Payment
- Estimates: We provide free on-site consultations and detailed estimates. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Booking Confirmation: A signed agreement and a deposit of 25% of the project cost are required to confirm bookings.
- Payment Terms:
- Final payment is due upon project completion unless a payment schedule has been agreed upon in writing.
- Late payments are subject to a $50 late fee after 15 days from the invoice date.
- Payment can be made via cash, credit card, or other accepted methods.
Installation Terms
- Site Preparation: Clients are responsible for disclosing any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden hazards.
- Safety Requirements: We require clear and unobstructed access to the installation site.
- Project Timeline: Installation timelines are estimated and subject to weather, site conditions, and material availability.
Warranty

- We are not responsible for repairs or compatibility issues with systems installed by third parties.
3. Seasonal Holiday Lighting
Scope of Services
Our holiday lighting services include:
- Custom design and layout planning based on property specifications.
- Professional installation of lighting and decorations.
- Removal of decorations after the holiday season and optional storage services.
Booking and Payment
- Estimates: Free estimates are provided upon request. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless noted otherwise.
- Booking Confirmation: A signed agreement and a [50%] deposit are required to confirm holiday lighting projects.
- Payment Terms: Final payment is due upon completion of installation.
Installation and Removal
- Installation Schedule: Installations are completed on a first-come, first-served basis. Early booking is encouraged to secure preferred dates.
- Removal Schedule: Removals are typically scheduled in January unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Client-Supplied Decorations: We are not responsible for damages to decorations supplied by the client.
Warranty and Repairs
- Warranty: All lighting provided by us is covered by a limited warranty for the duration of the holiday season. Repairs will be made free of charge for issues caused by faulty installation or materials.
- Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage caused by weather, vandalism, or misuse.
Storage Services
- Storage of holiday decorations is available at an additional cost. Stored items will be tested and prepared for the next holiday season.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Landscape Lighting: Cancellations must be made at least [7] days prior to the scheduled installation date to avoid forfeiting the deposit.
- Holiday Lighting: Due to high seasonal demand, cancellations within [14] days of the installation date may result in forfeiture of the deposit or additional cancellation fees.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Site Access: Clients must provide safe, unobstructed access to the property during installation, maintenance, and removal.
- Hazard Disclosure: Clients must inform us of underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other potential hazards prior to installation.
- Maintenance: Clients are responsible for maintaining the system between scheduled maintenance visits.
6. Liability
- Landscape Lighting: We are not liable for damage to undisclosed underground utilities, irrigation systems, or property structures during installation.
- Holiday Lighting: We are not responsible for damages caused by extreme weather, vandalism, or client misuse.
- General Limitation: While we take utmost care during installations, we are not liable for incidental damages resulting from pre-existing conditions on the property.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, plans, and materials provided by All About Outdoor Lighting remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon. Reproduction or reuse of designs without our written consent is prohibited.
8. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services under the following conditions:
- Non-payment or breach of payment terms.
- Unsafe conditions at the installation site.
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately for new customers and projects.
